Birmingham Changing Futures Together Wider Partnership is a network of 250 individuals from more than 120 organisations who provide services in Birmingham covering at least one of the areas of multiple needs.

  • Homelessness
  • Addiction and problematic substance misuse
  • Risk of reoffending
  • Mental ill health

BVSC involved up to 150 local organisations in the development of the project plan. This was done through workshops and conferences. We also worked with a Core Group of 14 organisations as well as people who have experience of multiple needs (Experts by Experience).

The Changing Futures’ Wider Partnership will be a primary audience for project learning and good practice. The partnership will be included in invitations to tender and will be utilised as ‘critical friends’ of the project. Many of the organisations have service delivery remits beyond Birmingham and will therefore be important in widening the audience for the learning and service change messages of the project.
